PTL Production Tape Library PTL provides a combination of a tape library database and various production
and postproduction management tools. It is aimed primarily at magazine
format television shows, and the c PTL can be used in any of many ways. When you use it to schedule your shoots and assign crewmembers to them, it creates call sheets for your shoots. All the data you've entered before production begins stays with the shoot records through production and post-production. Every tape you shoot becomes part of your tape library. The same logging information that your editors need becomes part of your tape records so clips can be found again when needed for other productions.
